苏州「画师湖量子谷」规划设计国际竞赛获奖方案
苏州,作为长三角创新高地,肩负着打造全球量子科技创新策源地的重要使命。苏州量子国际科技产业园的建设,是苏州面向未来、服务国家战略的重要布局。这次,我们在文化底蕴深厚的画师湖畔,铺开一张名为“未来”的巨幅画布。以「东方量子谷・未来源画境」为愿景,汇聚全球视野和智慧,创造一个生成未来的科学文明原场、一个东方主义的科技创新生境、一个惠及公众的科学文化目的地。
项目自2025年11月启动以来,历经踏勘答疑、中期交流,SJ Group盛裕集团、Hassell、FTA建筑设计集团、ECADI华东建筑设计研究院四家受邀参赛单位于2026年1月30日完成方案提交。2026年4月16日下午,苏州量子国际科技产业园规划设计国际竞赛专家评审会在苏州相城区悦季元来酒店正式召开。
Suzhou,as a highland of innovation in the Yangtze River Delta,shoulders the important mission of becoming a global hub for quantum technology innovation.The development of the Quantum Science and Technology Industrial Park,Suzhou is a key strategic initiative through which Suzhou embraces the future and serves the national strategy.We are now rolling out a grand canvas titled“The Future”along the shores of Huashi Lake—a place rich in cultural heritage.Guided by the vision of Oriental Quantum Valley・Future Visionary Landscape.We’re bringing together global perspectives and wisdom to create A Generative Origin of Future Scientific Civilization,An Oriental Habitat for Technological Innovationprimordial arena for generating future scientific civilization,and A Public Destination for Science and Culture.
Since its launch in November 2025,the project has gone through site surveys and Q&A sessions,as well as mid-term communications.On January 30,2026,four participating design firms,SJ Group,Hassell,FTA Group,and ECADI completed the submission of their design proposals.In the afternoon of April 16,2026,the expert review meeting for the International Competition for the Planning and Design of the Quantum Science and Technology Industrial Park Suzhou was officially held at Yueji Yuanlai Hotel in Xiangcheng District,Suzhou.

相城区区委常委、副区长梁智垚先生,相城资规分局局长周雪峰先生等来自主办方及承办方代表,以及来自相城资规分局、量子工作组、量子产业园规划建设组、量子科技长三角产业创新中心的嘉宾莅临出席会议。
汇报评审环节开始前,相城区区委常委、副区长梁智垚先生为本次评审会致辞,欢迎出席评审会的专家评委和和嘉宾,提出发展苏州量子国际科技产业园的战略意义,并邀请专家评委提出宝贵意见,助力苏州量子国际科技产业园的开发建设。
Mr.Liang Zhiyao,Standing Committee Member of Xiangcheng District Party Committee and Deputy District Mayor;Mr.Zhou Xuefeng,Director of Xiangcheng Branch,and other representatives of the organization,along with guests from Xiangcheng Branch,Suzhou Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning,Quantum Working Group,Quantum Industrial Park Planning and Construction Team,and Quantum Technology Yangtze River Delta Industrial Innovation Center,attended the meeting.
Before the review and assessment session,Mr.Liang Zhiyao delivered a speech at the review meeting,welcoming the expert judges and guests in attendance.He highlighted the strategic significance of developing the Quantum Science and Technology Industrial Park,Suzhou and invited the expert judges to advise valuable insights to support the development and construction of the park.

汇报结束后,专家评委移步成果展示区,对参赛单位的方案模型和展板进行查看和讨论,完成独立投票。最终,评审组组长曹嘉明先生现场宣读了评审结果。
After the presentation,the expert judges reviewed and discussed the models and design boards,and cast their independent votes.Finally,Mr.Cao Jiaming,head of the judging panel,announced the evaluation results on site.

SJ Group盛裕集团
本设计以“量子叠境”为核心,将量子纠缠、隧穿、叠加转化为高维空间投影。通过“双湖纠缠、蓝绿叠加、多核隧穿”构建空间结构,依托理水造园与堆山造景,形成南北双湖、两岛五园共生的山水格局,打造能量流动、多维共享的量子科技产业园区。
This design takes"Quantumscape"as its core concept,translating quantum entanglement,tunneling,and superposition into high-dimensional spatial projections.By establishing a spatial structure of"Twin-Lake Entanglement,Blue-Green Superposition,and Multi-Core Tunneling,"and drawing on traditional water gardening and artificial hill-making,it forms a symbiotic landscape of two lakes,two islands,and five parks.The result is a quantum technology industrial park characterized by energy flow and multi-dimensional sharing.

苏州画师湖量子科技产业园国际社区以画师湖生态与滨水景观为底色,打造兼具国际影响力与开放共享精神的量子科技创新高地。Hassell方案融合研发、孵化、转化与公共生活,构建全链条产业生态。围绕“高效、赋能、体验”三大策略,形成智慧联动、资源共享、宜业宜居的复合园区,并以“量子树、量子云、量子谷”等特色地标,塑造鲜活立体的量子产业形象。
Suzhou Huashi Lake Quantum Technology Park International Community is envisioned as a leading innovation hub for quantum technology with global influence.Inspired by the lake’s ecology and waterfront landscape,the masterplan integrates R&D,incubation,industrial transformation and public life into an open and shared innovation ecosystem.Guided by three core strategies—efficiency,empowerment and experience—the park promotes smart collaboration,resource sharing and a high-quality working environment.Landmark destinations such as Quantum Tree,Quantum Cloud and Quantum Valley further shape a vivid and distinctive identity for the quantum industry.

This plan takes the core design concept of"innovation,ecology and culture"as a trinity.Preserve and optimize the original ecological water garden layout,and continue the natural space memory.Accurately respond to the key demands of quantum technology enterprises and international scientific and technological innovation talents,while taking into account the flexible development of the market.Integrating technological wisdom with the cultural heritage of Suzhou,we will shape a unique waterfront landscape with regional characteristics and strive to build an international science and technology innovation water town oriented towards the future.

项目立足相城人文底蕴,抢抓量子科技落地窗口期,打造江南底蕴与未来科技融合的国际社区。依托“东城西田”与水网生态基底,破解交通、用地、水系规划难题,以高效转化为核心,实施最江南、最经济、最高效、最前瞻四大战略,构建量子科技“创新—转化—服务”全链条核心区,打造全球量子科技转化枢纽与产城融合示范标杆。
Rooted in the cultural legacy of Xiangcheng and the historic Jiangnan landscape,the project embraces the critical industrialization window of quantum technology to deliver an international community that merges time-honored Jiangnan elegance with cutting-edge future technology.Supported by the“east urban-west rural”spatial structure and distinctive water network ecology,it resolves key planning challenges in transportation connectivity,land use optimization and water system integration.Centered on high-efficiency technology commercialization,the project advances four core strategies:Jiangnan-inspired design,cost-effective development,high-efficiency operation and future-proof infrastructure.It establishes a world-class core zone for the full quantum industry chain—spanning innovation,transformation and services—and aims to become a global hub for quantum technology commercialization and a premium model of industry-city integration.

本次竞赛邀请到的四家设计单位充分展示了各自的设计理念和水平,方案各有所长。
相城区政府具有前瞻性地提出建设量子产业园,而产业园必须要有特色,具有吸引力,苏州拥有丰富的水系,四个参赛方案也都提出了不同的呈现方式。
如何创造独具苏州特色的量子园区,如何有机衔接地块的南北区域,如何平衡水系、土方,把握城市设计的形态和尺度,需要晋级设计单位在接下来的设计工作中深入研究和思考。
The four design firms i fully showed their design philosophies and expertise,with each proposal boasting its own unique strengths.Xiangcheng District government has proactively proposed the development of a Quantum Industry Park,and such an industrial park must be distinctive and highly attractive.While Suzhou boasts an abundant water system,all four competing proposals have offered different approaches to show this feature.
How to create a quantum park with distinctive Suzhou characteristics,how to organically connect the northern and southern areas of the site,how to reach the balance between water systems and earthworks,and how to master the form and scale of urban design,all these require the design firms to conduct in-depth research and reflection in its upcoming design work.

各家设计单位都做得很不错。城市设计追求的是对环境的“小干预”,设计的核心在于“弹性”与“适应性”,要充分考虑不同主体的开发方式和不同企业拿地方式的差异,确保在多元开发主体下空间总体意向的实现。
此外,西侧地块尚未确定,这对当前的城市设计构成了挑战。我们需要思考,在西侧情况不明朗的前提下,如何通过设计手段保证城市设计目标的实现?这需要在下一阶段的深化中重点考量,规划必须为未来的不确定性留有余地。
All participating design firms have delivered excellent work.Urban design aims for minimal intervention in the environment,with the core of the design lying in flexibility and adaptability.It is essential to take fully into account the differences in development approaches among various stakeholders and in land-acquisition practices adopted by different enterprises,ensuring that the overall spatial vision can be realized even under a diverse array of developments.
Moreover,the western plot remains undecided,posing a challenge to the current urban design.Given the uncertainty of the western area,we need to consider how to ensure that the urban design objectives are achieved by design approaches.This will require careful attention in the next phase,and the planning must be flexible enough to accommodate the uncertainties of the future.

四个方案都具有一定水准,且各有特色。对“产业”的研究还需要更加深入,对产业的细分分析很重要,同时需要结合园区的投入产出分析,这将是园区成功的关键。
此外,国内已有多个量子概念项目,如何深入挖掘“苏州特色”,在空间结构中体现在地文化,需要在接下来的工作中深入探讨。
All four proposals demonstrate a certain level of quality and possess distinctive features,yet the study of the industry remains insufficient.A thorough segmentation analysis of the industry is important and should be integrated with the industrial park’s Input-Output Analysis,which may be the critical factor for the park’s success.
Furthermore,with several quantum-themed projects already established in China.How to deeply explore local characteristics and to integrate local culture into the spatial structure needs further discussion in following work.

设计竞赛是一种有效的方式,参赛单位能够充分发挥各自优势,探索出真正可落地、可实施的设计方案。
从产业园的开发来看,现在的规划逻辑已经变了,不再是传统的“筑巢引凤”式标准空间的做法,而是要做好规划、做好“空间的基础设施”。规划需要具有高容忍度、弹性和可实施性,以适应不同企业和科学家的定制化需求。因此地块划分、空间的基础设施很重要,让空间和地块的组合具有可行性。
Design competition is an effective approach,allowing participating firms to leverage their unique strengths and develop truly feasible and implementable design solutions.
From the perspective of industrial park development,the current planning logic has evolved.It’s no longer about the traditional approach of“building nests to attract phoenixes”—simply providing standardized spaces.Instead,we need to focus on planning,foucus on making spatial infrastructure.Such planning must be highly tolerant,flexible,and feasible,enabling it to accommodate the customized needs of diverse enterprises and scientists.Therefore,land parcel division and spatial infrastructure are crucial,ensuring that the combination of spaces and parcels is both viable and practical.

目前在各家的方案中都看到了“湖”,但都没有看到“画师”,需要通过城市设计来匹配苏州的空间尺度。也建议补充对周边产业用地和市场需求的研究,确保产品能真正匹配市场,成为地区乃至全国的量子产业的标杆示范。
The"lake"is present in all proposals,but the"artist"is missing,urban design should be scaled to Suzhou spatial context.Further,analysis of surrounding industrial land and market demand is needed to ensure market fit and position the project as a leading quantum industry model.
|李晓真LI Xiaozhen
现阶段的核心任务是“地块塑形”“框辅功能”“规范肌理”,让地块具有充分的灵活性,既能一分为几,也能合几为一,以适应未来多样化的使用需求。
接下来需要参赛单位进一步优化方案,探索适应未来需求,真正有指导、有引领意义的作品。
Current priority is to finalize the site shaping,function framing and urban context defining,making the site adaptable for future needs by being both divisible and combinable.
Moving forward,participating units shall further refine the design,exploring designs that not only adapt to future demands but also deliver truly guiding and exemplary outcomes for the project.

量子产业园的设计需要紧密结合实际的科研需求,具备良好的实施性。期待参赛单位在后续深化中,注重实际使用需求与地域特色的融合,打造兼具美学价值与实用功能的标杆作品。
The design of the Quantum Industrial Park should be closely aligned with practical research needs and demonstrate strong feasibility.Participating firms are expected to focus on the integration of actual usage requirements and local characteristics during subsequent design stage,striving to create a benchmark project that embodies both aesthetic value and practical functionality.
