　　01赛道背景
　　Competition background
　　可持续交通是可持续发展的核心。可持续交通为人员出行和货物流动提供基础设施和服务，其发展目标包括提高交通便利性、加强交通安全、增强交通系统韧性、提升交通服务效率、减少交通运输对于环境和气候的影响。推动可持续交通发展，有助于实现联合国2030年可持续发展议程的关键目标，包括消除贫困、减少不平等和应对气候变化等。目前，随着智慧交通技术的运用和对气候环境的日益关注，智慧、低碳交通已成为促进交通可持续发展的关键手段。
　　为增进城市交通相关领域院校间的交流，2026 WUPENiCity可持续调研报告竞赛-智慧低碳交通赛道将面向全球各高等院校相关专业学生征集作品，以期为青年学生创造更多的竞赛参与、展示和获奖机会。
　　Sustainable transportation is the core of sustainable development.Sustainable transportation provides infrastructure and services for the movement of people and goods.The goals of Sustainable transportation include improving accessibility,safety,system resilience and service efficiency,and reducing impacts on the environment and climate.Promoting sustainable transportation will help achieve key goals of the United Nations'2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,including eradicating poverty,reducing inequality and tackling climate change.At present,with the application of smart transportation technology and increasing attention to the climate environment,smart and low-carbon transportation has become a key means to promote the sustainable development of transportation.
　　The International Track of 2026 WUPENiCity International Competition on Urban Sustainability Reports is hosted for students from universities and colleges around the world,aiming to create more opportunities for young students to participate,show and win.
　　02赛事主题
　　Competition Theme
　　2026 WUPENiCity可持续调研报告竞赛以“智慧低碳交通”为赛道主题，鼓励参赛者采用调查研究的多种方法（如访谈、问卷、观测、案例分析等），针对现状交通存在的突出问题，尤其是发掘政府、企事业单位、社会组织、社区及普通民众已经采用的解决方案，反映具体措施的实施效果，并进一步提出促进这些方法能够得到推广应用的设想，体现学生的系统性思维和对研究、分析方法的学习和掌握。
　　The theme for the international track is"Smart and low-carbon transportation",which encourages participants to use various techniques of investigation and analysis(such as interviews,questionnaires,observations,case studies,etc.)to uncover solutions that have been implemented by the government,businesses,social organizations,communities,and ordinary people,as well as reflect the implementation effect of various specific smart and low-carbon transportation solutions,and to further suggest the notion of supporting these solutions,demonstrating tudents'systematic thinking and the study and mastery of research and analysis methods.

　　1.参赛者资格要求
　　1.参赛者资格要求
　　(1)团队所有成员在WUPEN网站（http://wupen.org）完成用户注册后，由团队负责人前往竞赛页面进行报名参赛（队员仅需注册，无需报名，由团队负责人统一填写报名信息，提交作品）；
　　（2）参赛者建议为各高等院校城乡规划专业及交通运输、建筑学、风景园林学、社会学、公共管理、环境设计等相关专业的在读本科、硕士、博士学生。参赛资格无国籍、无专业限制，鼓励跨专业学生参赛，也支持跨校、跨年级组队参赛；欢迎海外院校学生踊跃报名参赛！
　　*所有成员需上传学生证照片以证明“在读学生”身份，若作品提交后经审查发现不符合参赛要求，将取消该作品参赛资格。若有队员在提交作品时已毕业，但可证明在作品创作期内属于在读学生，报名依然有效。
　　1.Qualification requirements for contestants
　　(1)After all members register on WUPEN and iCity websites,the team leader can sign up at the competition page.
　　(2)The contestants are suggested to be undergraduates,postgraduates and doctoral students studying Urban and Rural Planning and Architecture,Landscape Architecture,Transportation,Sociology,Public Management,Environmental design and other related courses in institutions of higher learning.The qualification for this competition has no restriction on nationality or course;We encourage cross-disciplinary students to participate in the competition;Teams can also be formed across schools and grades.
　　You need to upload a photo of your student ID card to prove that you are a student,and you will be disqualified if it is found that your work does not meet the requirements after the examination.
　　2.参赛者人数要求
　　（1）参赛者团队人数不可超过5人（含负责人），参赛者团队可有教师指导，指导教师不可超过3人。每组参赛团队只可提交1份参赛方案，每位参赛者只可署名一份作品（无论是作为负责人还是成员），每一个账号仅能填写一份参赛注册表单。参赛者可同时报名WUPEN平台其他竞赛；
　　（2）同一学校、同一教师指导的参赛作品无数量限制。
　　2.Number of contestants requirements
　　（1）Each team can only submit one competition plan,the number of team members should not exceed 5(including the person in charge)and the number of tutors should not exceed 3.Each contestant can only sign one work(whether as a person in charge or a member),and each account can only fill in one entry registration form.Contestants can sign up for other competitions on the WUPENiCity website at the same time.
　　（2）There is no restriction on the number of entries directed by the same school and the same teacher.
　　3.参赛成果资格要求
　　鼓励参赛学生将参赛方案与所在学校本学年的社会综合实践调研教学或同类课程作业相结合，也支持自主选题调研。
　　3.Qualification requirements for work
　　Students are encouraged to combine the competition plan with the social research or similar courses’homework in their school this academic year,and self-selected topic research is also supported.
　　04成果要求
　　Work Requirements
　　1.内容要求
　　图文并茂，体例规范，体现调查方法的运用；报告内容真实可信，观点明确，来源合法合规，必须由调查者亲自参与完成，并从未在公开出版物发表。
　　2.字数及版面要求
　　（1）本届竞赛不限制正文字数，作者需考虑报告可读性，若字数过多或字号过小影响版面信息表达，将影响作品评分（不得小于12号字，不得大于14号字）；报告正文总页数不得超过6页（不包括封面、目录、摘要、参考引用部分）；
　　（2）正文前需设置1页为内容摘要和关键词；
　　（3）报告版式统一为16：9横向版式，统一白色底板，不得添加衬底。图文排版设计自定。
　　（4）为强化交通与空间设计交叉能力训练，需附1页交通创新实践项目优化改进方案，图幅为A3横向板式。
　　3.报告文件及格式要求
　　参赛作品需提交：报告文件、封面文件、作品简介。
　　（1）报告文件：PDF格式电子文件1份（彩色分辨率不小于300dpi，黑白分辨率不小于600dpi）不大于20M；
　　（2）封面文件：封面图，JPG格式，图幅为16：9横向板式。封面文件将作为入围作品网站展示的封面，建议考虑其设计感和美观性，封面文字只允许出现作品题目；
　　（3）作品简介：100-500字以内作品说明（报告简述），将作为作品简介展示，直接在注册表单页面填写。
　　4.语言要求
　　本赛道官方语言为英文（必须提供英文作品名，内容至少包含全英文表达的设计说明）。
　　1.Content requirements
　　Illustrated with pictures and texts,the required format,reflect the application of investigation methods;The content of the report is authentic and the viewpoint is clear,which must be completed by the investigator himself and has never been published in public publications;The source of the report content is legal and compliant.
　　2.Word count and layout requirements
　　(1)There is no restriction on the number of words in the text of this competition,and the author should consider the readability of the report.The score of the work will be if too many words affect the expression of layout information;The total number of pages in the main body of the report shall not exceed 10 pages(excluding the cover,catalogue,abstract and reference);
　　(2)Before the formal text,one page is required for the abstract and keywords;
　　(3)The report layout is unified to be 16:9 horizontal,white bottom plate,and no substrate.Graphic typesetting design is self-determined.
　　3.Requirements for report documents and format
　　Participants are required to submit report documents,cover documents and brief introduction of their works.
　　(1)Report file:1 copy of PDF format electronic file(colour resolution not less than 300dpi,black-and-white image resolution not less than 600dpi),not more than 50M;
　　(2)Cover file:One cover picture should be uploaded separately,in JPG format,the picture frame of 16:9.The cover document will be used as the cover displayed on the website of the shortlisted works,and it is suggested to take into account its design and aesthetics.Only the title of the work is allowed to appear in the cover text,and the document is named after"Entry Code-Cover File";
　　(3)Introduction to the work:100-500 words of design instruction,which will be displayed as an introduction to the work.Please fill in directly on the Registration Form page.
　　4.Language requirements
　　The official language of this track is English(the title of the work in English must be provided,and the content at least contains the design description expressed in English).
　　05参赛流程
　　WORKFLOWS
　　本届大赛采用“注册-报名-提交”一体化线上表单征集作品，参赛者在WUPEN网站注册用户账号后，即可前往竞赛页面，选择相应竞赛进行报名。
　　进入表单后，填写必填项，点击保存即完成报名，获得“参赛码”。（请注意保存记录，在提交表单中可查看）
　　从竞赛开始至作品提交截止日，参赛者可随时编辑修改表单信息，上传作品，也可在竞赛首页点击“取消报名”放弃参赛。一旦点击提交并确认，作品即进入待评审后台，不可再更改表单信息，只可取消报名后重新报名。
　　报名表单最终提交时请注意，作品展示、获奖证书将会按照报名时团队成员在表单上的填写顺序排序。
　　This competition adopts the integrated online form of"Registration-Sign-up-Submission"to collect works,and contestants can go to the website page and select the corresponding competition to sign up after registering the user account on WUPEN.
　　After entering the form,fill in the required items,click Save to complete the registration and obtain the"Entry Code".
　　From the start of the competition to the deadline for submission of works,contestants can edit and modify the form information,upload works at any time,or click"Cancel Registration"on the homepage of the competition to give up the competition.Once you click Submit and Confirm,no form information can be changed any more,only registration cancellation to re-register is allowed.
　　Please note when the application form is finally submitted that the exhibition of work and the award certificate will be sorted according to the order in which the team members fill in the form at the time of application.
　　06评审及作品奖项
　　Evaluation and Awards
　　1.作品奖项设置
　　（1）本届竞赛设置一等奖、二等奖和三等奖；
　　（2）一等奖为得分排名第一的作品，二等奖为得分排名2-4位的作品，三等奖为得分排名5-10的作品。
　　通过资格审查的作品，即可进入评审；本次赛事评审将通过一轮技术审核，综合两轮专家评审，最终确定获奖名单。
　　2.一、二、三等奖和提名奖评审流程
　　（1）6月中下旬，根据综合两轮专家评审，得分排序产生一、二、三等奖、提名奖；
　　（2）7月上旬，预计公布最终一、二、三等奖和提名奖获奖名单；
　　（3）所有一、二、三等奖和提名奖方案将于获奖名单公布后在WUPEN网站页面进行展示。组委会将为一、二、三等奖和提名奖方案颁发电子版获奖证书。
　　3.评审特殊情况说明
　　（1）评审过程中若遇到综合得分相同的情况，第一轮评审同分作品将同时晋级，相应入选或奖项名额将随之增加（若前15%分数线上有2份同分作品，则同时晋级）；第二轮评审出现同分作品，由评委会统一讨论投票决定一、二、三等奖归属；
　　（2）评审过程中若发现作品有抄袭的情况，将即刻停止对该作品的评审并取消该作品的参赛资格。评审结束后，所有作品将公开展示，WUPEN竞赛公开纪律监察机制开启，任何人可通过竞赛官方邮箱cqa wupen.org举报疑似抄袭作品，组委会将回应举报者并征集证明文件交由评委会审核判断。
　　1.Award setting
　　(1)This competition will set Gold,Silver and Bronze awards;
　　(2)The Gold Award is the first 5%works,the Silver Award is 5-10%of the score and the Bronze award is the first 10-20%of the score.
　　Works that pass the qualification examination can enter the evaluation;This competition evaluation will integrate three rounds of expert evaluation to determine the final winners..
　　2.First,second,third prize and nomination award evaluation process
　　(1)In mid-to-late June,based on two rounds of expert reviews,the scores will be sorted to determine the first,second,and third prizes and nomination awards;
　　(2)In mid-to-early July,the final list of first,second,third prize and nomination award winners is expected to be announced at the Planning Education Annual Conference;
　　(3)All first,second,third prize and nomination award plans will be displayed on the WUPEN website page after the winner list is announced.The organizing committee will issue electronic award certificates to the first,second,third place and nomination award schemes.
　　3.Description of the special circumstances of the evaluation
　　(1)In the case of the evaluation process,the first round of evaluation of the work will be promoted at the same time,and the corresponding selection or award name will increase(if there are 2 parties on the first 15%score,then advance)The second round of evaluation has the same work,and the jury is unified to discuss the voting decision;
　　(2)If the work is found to be plagiarism,the evaluation will immediately stop the qualifications of the work.After the evaluation,all works will openly show,the WUPEN competition open discipline monitoring mechanism is open,and anyone can report suspected plagiarism through the official mailbox qa wupen.org,the organizing committee will respond to the reporter and collect the certificate of certification documents.

　　本赛事规定，凡主动参与本次征集活动的所有参赛者，均视为已经对所提交的作品版权归属作如下不可撤销声明：
　　1.原创声明
　　参赛方案必须是参赛者个人原创作品，不能侵犯任何第三方个人和单位的任何专利权，著作权，商标权及其他合法知识产权。一旦查实非原创作品，组委会有权立即取消其参与、入围与获奖资格，收回奖项及保留追究法律责任的权利，如组委会因此被起诉或产生其他损失的，组委会有权要求该参赛者进行全额赔偿；组委会已先行赔付的，有权向参赛者追偿所有直接损失及间接损失（包括且不限于律师费、诉讼费、保全费、鉴定费、公证费等）。
　　2.同意声明
　　本次采用线上评选的方式，参赛者上传作品即表示同意授权组委会为举办大赛目的向所有人署名或隐名的形式展示作品，同意大赛确定的评选方式。参赛者提交作品之前，已仔细阅读所有条款，充分理解并表示同意，本次大赛的评委会拥有对所有获奖作品的评选结果有最终裁定权。
　　According to the regulations of this competition,all contestants who take the initiative to participate in this collection event are deemed to have made the following irrevocable declaration on the copyright owner of the submitted works:
　　1.Original Statement
　　The competition plan must be the original work of the contestant,and cannot infringe any patent right,copyright,trademark right or other legal intellectual property rights of any third-party individual or unit.Once the non-original works are checked and verified,the Organizing Committee has the right to immediately cancel their participation,finalists and award-winning qualifications,withdraw the awards and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibilities;If the Organizing Committee is sued or other losses are incurred,the Organizing Committee has the right to require the contestant to make full compensation;If the Organizing Committee has paid in advance,it has the right to recover all direct and indirect losses(including but not limited to attorney fees,legal fees,preservation fees,appraisal fees,notarial fees,etc.)from the contestants.
　　2.Consent Statement Consent
　　The online selection is adopted this time,and when contestants upload their works,they agree to authorize the organizing committee to display their works in the form of signature or anonymity to everyone for the purpose of holding the competition,and agree to the selection method determined by the competition.Before submitting the works,the contestants have carefully read all the terms and conditions,fully understood and agreed that the jury of this competition has the final ruling power on the selection results of all winning works.
